Refund Policy

At Bartichner-Pagani, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You have 60 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply contact our support team at hello@bartichner.store with your order number. We keep this process simple — no complicated justification is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or once your refund request is confirmed, when no return is required), we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [X] business days.

Tracking & Shipping
Once your order is confirmed, your tracking number will be provided within a maximum of 72 hours (3 business days), sent directly to the email address used at checkout.
